Melting ice is not free water. The sensible heat, the latent heat, and the dirt are all yours to type. This sheet does not store a Martian specific heat or a Martian latent heat, because a dirty cold feedstock is not pure ice at a textbook melting point.
The water mass is the ice mass times the share that is not dirt. The heat is that water mass times the specific heat you typed times the temperature rise you typed, plus the latent heat you typed. If dirt is 1, the water mass is zero. Leave a field blank and the form refuses.

Nothing here removes salt. Perchlorates is the reason a positive water mass is still not a liter you drink. [1] Subsurface ice says where the evidence for ice is, and it does not give you a tank. Crew budget is the potable line in the life-support baseline, which is a different document.
Class A on numbers you type
Water mass is ice times (1 - dirt). Heat is that water times (specific heat times the temperature rise, plus latent heat). Those heat numbers are yours. This sheet does not store a Martian specific heat or a Martian latent heat. A positive water mass is still not a drinking liter. See perchlorates.
